Field Service Project Manager 

Join a leading-edge robotics company – manage projects and team supporting customers and applications in robotic automation. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Lead a field service team and participate in field service activities
  • Schedule resources across multiple sites for deployment, technical support, training, monitoring, maintenance, and repair
  • Ensure adherence to processes and systems for repeatability and efficiency
  • Track and report key field service metrics
  • Training and mentoring of Field Service Engineers and Technicians

Minimum requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in leading teams and projects
  • Proven ability to establish, lead and motivate a cohesive team
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong organization and communication skills, verbal and written
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and computer skills
  • Ability to calmly address novel and complex situations
  • Experienced with hands-on system integration and assembly work
  • Ability to travel, perform physical activity, and work non-standard hours

 Preference for: 

  • Kindness and desire focus on the workflow of front-line workers (janitorial staff, factory workers, retail staff)
  • Passionate about user experience and customer satisfaction
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Active or previous DOE or DOD clearance
