Job Responsibilities: 

  • “Find talent” – talent search & recruitment  
    • Finding talent (e.g. LinkedIn, referrals, Universities) 
    • Screening (e.g. interviews, background check, “day in the life”) 
  • “Grow talent” – talent development programs 
    • Training programs 
    • Performance reviews 
    • Leadership coaching & best practices 
  • “Keep talent” – strengthen company culture 
    • Resource to answer questions, interpret and administer policies, and help resolve work-related issues 
    • Organize collaborative events: weekly all-hands meetings, cross-department lunches, “Lunch & Learn” meetings 
    • Provide leadership feedback on the pulse of the company 
  • Processes 
    • Onboarding (payroll, forms, introductions, etc.) 
    • General policies (travel, H1B, etc.) 
    • Offboarding 
    • Benefits coordination 
  • JTIP tracking 
  • Employee handbook updates 

 Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years experience in human resources/people operations or related field 
  • 4-year technical degree or equivalent experience/education 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating empathy, compassion, discretion and a positive disposition 
  • Ability to productively interact with team members across all departments and organizational levels  
  • Broad experience with good problem solving and critical thinking skills
