The Sales Development Representative will help build and maintain our sales pipeline and to help our cross-functional team work smarter. Reporting to the Director of Sales and collaborating closely with our Marketing Team, the SDR will source, drive, and build relationships with prospects across key B2B verticals (education or airports).

Description & Responsibilities 

  • Sourcing + qualifying new sales prospects and reaching out to them to book appointments for product demonstrations
  • Follow up with existing + inbound leads to book demonstrations
  • Clearly communicating BWR’s value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs to see if there’s a good fit (B.A.N.T.)
  • Timely responses to customers and handoff’s to Sales Director
  • Check-in on opportunity status in procurement and relay to Sales Director
  • Maintain records in salesforce
  • Coordination between customer and product team
  • Support Sales Director as needed

Ideal qualifications 

  • At least 2 years of relevant business development experience
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively with mutually beneficial results
  • Able to think strategically and tactically. Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Executive presence when working with senior leadership in the education or airport markets
  • In-depth experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams (product management, customer success, procurement, marketing, etc.)
