Description & Responsibilities  

  • Support Sales Director as needed 
  • Manage and maintain data in Hubspot and other software programs 
  • Perform administrative responsibilities including taking notes during meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing files  
  • Manage and coordinate the travel schedules for the sales team 
  • Coordinate sales events 
  • Oversee sales phone line, routing incoming calls  
  • Monitor general sales email, responding and routing requests 
  • Assist People Ops with company culture activities

 

Ideal qualifications  

  • At least 3 years of administrative/ relevant sales experience 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite,data analysis, secondary research 
  • Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills 
  • Ability to respond and react to internal and external customers clearly communicate & set expectations 
  • Ability to balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks based on criticality 
  • Operates in a cooperative and collaborative spirit to achieve shared goals across multiple functions
