Technical Sales Rep
Job Responsibilities:
- First-level response for robotic solution sales inquiries and questions
- Work directly with customer’s procurement, operations, accounting, etc.
- Inbound lead response & screening (phone, web, email)
- Sales operations (quoting, order processing, coordination of delivery, etc.)
- Salesforce.com CRM champion & funnel tracking
- Caring and responsive towards customers and coworkers
Qualifications (Minimum requirements):
- At least 5 years of experience within customer relationship management role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for customer-facing activities
- Experience coordinating efforts of sales organization and managing complex accounts
- Sales experience for a technology-based product or service
- Honesty, integrity, and transparency
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software
