Technical Sales Rep 

Job Responsibilities:

  • First-level response for robotic solution sales inquiries and questions
  • Work directly with customer’s procurement, operations, accounting, etc.
  • Inbound lead response & screening (phone, web, email)
  • Sales operations (quoting, order processing, coordination of delivery, etc.)
  • Salesforce.com CRM champion & funnel tracking
  • Caring and responsive towards customers and coworkers

Qualifications (Minimum requirements):

  • At least 5 years of experience within customer relationship management role
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for customer-facing activities
  • Experience coordinating efforts of sales organization and managing complex accounts
  • Sales experience for a technology-based product or service
  • Honesty, integrity, and transparency
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software

Preference for:

  • Kindness and empathy towards front-line workers (janitorial staff, factory workers, retail staff)
  • Passionate about user experience and customer satisfaction

  • Ability to anticipate what a variety of users may want or need
